Executive Bios

B. Scott Holloway, Sr.
Scott Holloway is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Josam Company. Scott is a graduate of Mount St. Mary's University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance. Additionally, he is an Executive Director of The Associated General Contractors of America and past Chairman of the Supplier Service Provider Council of AGC. Scott also received a Certificate of Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is the Pennsylvania State Chairman of the AGC PAC. Scott is an Executive Director and past Treasurer of The General Building Contractors Association of Philadelphia and is also on the Governmental Affairs Committee and Construction Users Committees. He holds Real Estate Licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
 

Barry J. Hodgekins
Barry Hodgekins is Chief Operating Officer of Josam Company, has been with the company since 1984 and works out of our Michigan City, IN. Office. His responsibilities include overseeing the Michigan City operations. Barry is originally from England and obtained a degree in Business from Lanchester College, England. He has been a director of the plumbing drainage institute since 1984 and he is a chartered management accountant.
 

Nicholas Quatrini
Nicholas Quatrini is Chief Financial Officer of Josam Company. He has worked for the Holloway family since 1983 and works in our Philadelphia location. His current responsibilities include finance, corporate accounting and tax, human resources and administrator of the 401K plan. Nicholas is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an accounting degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Trustee of Josam/HHC, Inc 401K Profit Sharing Plan, CFO of HHC, Inc. and Subsidiaries. He is also a member of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
 

 
Paula M. Bowe
Paula Bowe is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Josam Company, has been with the company since 1987 and works from our Philadelphia location. Her current responsibilities include overseeing all sales and marketing functions of the company including all regional managers and sales representatives. Paula is a member of the ASTM A04 committee and IAPMO.
 
 

Craig Swider
Craig Swider is Vice President of Customer Relations and works in our Michigan City location. His responsibilities encompass customer relations and new product development. Craig has worked in various positions within Josam and is an expert with both the product and our customer's needs. He has been with the company and within the plumbing drainage industry since 1990. He has a bachelor of science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
