Musillo Sales 28 Year Success Story with Josam Company

Musillo Sales Agency, Inc., located just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has proudly represented Josam Company in Western Pennsylvania, Northern West Virginia and Cumberland, Maryland for 28 years.

The agency was founded by Jim Musillo in 1980 when he took on his first line. Prior to the inception of Musillo Sales, Jim had worked in the plumbing industry for 14 years. He spent seven years as a direct factory salesman and seven years working for a plumbing manufacturer’s representative.

Musillo Sales Agency began with two employees, working side by side in a 10x10 ft. office. Using his knowledge of the industry and market, Jim handled all of the outside sales, while his wife Bobbie ran the day to day operations.

The two-person business of the 1980s has now grown into a staff of seven working in a 8,200 Sq. Ft. office/warehouse. Jim’s son, Mark Musillo, and daughter, Marcy Collier work alongside him assisting with the daily business operations.

“Our biggest strength is that we follow through on every job and order,” said Jim. “We strive to build relationships with all of our customers, no matter how big or small. By instilling trust, we grow lasting relationships that keep our customers coming back year after year. We make it a point to know our products inside and out so we can sell the outstanding features to our customers.”

Jim and his late wife, Bobbie built their business on integrity, trust and hard work. Their children continue to uphold the high standards which were instilled in them since birth.
