Product — Blucher pipe drainage systems The Blucher-Josam line of stainless steel waste pipe has been the answer to our dreams. We installed approximately 300 feet of pipe above one of our brand new bars and the guys expressed to me the ease of installation and how they did not break the back lifting this pipe 20 feet to the ceiling. I would recommend this pipe to not only maintenance crews but I would strongly consider this material to be used in new construction.

Product — GI2000 Service I wanted to thank you and your company for being expedient and professional with you recent repair of our Josam GI2000 interceptor. Your quick diagnosis of why the unit wasn't working saved us a huge repair bill as the previous company that was authorized to work on the unit did not properly diagnose the issue and would have installed a new pump when one was not needed. I was also very please with the fact that you installed an upgrade at no additional cost. The unit has been working great ever since then. It is really nice to have a low maintenance grease trap in the facility. Thanks for all your help!

Project: Daily Grind Coffee Shop
Product — GI2000 Service I would like to thank you for such a quick response to the GI2000 interceptor that was malfunctioning at the Daily Grind Coffee shop. This really put the customers mind at ease knowing you stand behind the product you sell. I am very impressed with the new design of the GI2000, making it more compact and efficient. This will benefit the restaurant owner by having a more sanitary unit with less pump outs. After the service and technical knowledge that you provided to me, this prompted me to draw an AutoCad spec drawing for the Josam GI2000 to be reviewed and approved to put into the County spec book. Grease interceptors are an essential component of both the restaurant and the the water utility. I look forward to seeing more products such as this in the future. It was very nice to discuss the issues and get answers to any questions I had. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
